• Name, email address, and contact details when you register for free access, enroll in a Fast Track, Course, Mega Pass, or VIP Vault Access, or join our community
• Billing information processed securely at checkout - we do not store your full payment card details on our own servers
• Business information you provide during onboarding, orientation, or intake for the Branded Edition or VIP Vault Access
• Messages, questions, and content you submit through forms, live sessions, or the community
• Any information you voluntarily share in Work On It Wednesday, Circle 27, or other live sessions

Information Collected Automatically:

• Device and browser information, IP address, and general location
• Pages visited, time spent, and how you navigate our sites
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies, including affiliate tracking cookies that credit the referral partner who sent you to us
• Course progress, completions, streaks, and achievements inside our learning platform

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and provide access to Fast Tracks, Courses, the Mega Pass, VIP Vault Access, and the Branded Edition
• Process enrollments and renewals, and send renewal reminders about 30 days before your access expires
• Deliver the courses, downloads, learning and marketing materials, and community access you've purchased or registered for
• Communicate with you about your account, live sessions such as Work On It Wednesday and Circle 27, and updates to our course library
• Send marketing and promotional emails, which you may opt out of at any time
• Track affiliate referrals and calculate commissions owed to our affiliate partners
• Improve our courses, platform, and overall learning experience
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms and Conditions

3. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our sites, remember your preferences, and measure performance. This includes affiliate tracking cookies, which last 180 days and are used to credit the affiliate whose link you used when you enroll in a paid product.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how our sites function, including our ability to keep you logged in or properly attribute an affiliate referral.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:

• Affiliate attribution: If you were referred by an affiliate, limited enrollment information is used to attribute and pay that affiliate's commission - we do not share your personal contact details with affiliates.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Course 27, our students, or others.
• Business transfers: If Course 27 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Checkout and payment information is processed through a secure, encrypted third-party payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you access to your purchased courses and materials, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you'd like your account information deleted, contact us using the information below and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

• Access and correction: You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you
• Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
• Marketing opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly
• Residents of California, the EU/UK, and other regions may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, including the right to know what information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights
