📚 Using Your Courses

• ✓Use all course videos, materials, and resources inside your own business ecosystem
• ✓Enhance course videos - add your watermark, overlay your own b-roll, or add your own intro and outro
• ✓Edit and customize course videos to fit your brand and audience
• ✓Mix and match lessons from different courses to create your own training program
• ✓Present courses under your own brand name - client onboarding, team training, membership content, and lead magnets
• ✓Use course transcripts and written materials to create your own articles, emails, and social posts
• ✗You may not upload any Course 27 video as-is to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any public platform
• ✗You may not use the Course 27 name or brand on your version of the content
• ✗You may not share your license with other coaches, consultants, trainers, or marketers - this is a single-user license. If they are interested, refer them to course27.com and earn a commission through our affiliate program
• ✗You may not list or sell courses on Udemy, Skillshare, LinkedIn Learning, or any public marketplace

🏆 Private Label Rights - Know Your License

PLR rights are included with every Course 27 product - but the scope of those rights depends on which license you hold. The core distinction is private, ecosystem-only use (Mega Pass) versus public reseller rights (VIP Vault Access). Read this carefully so you know exactly what you can and cannot do.

Mega Pass PLR - Private, Ecosystem-Only Use

• ✓Brand and present courses under your own business name
• ✓Use for client onboarding, team training, and membership programs you own
• ✓Use course materials for lead magnets and gated content you control
• ✓Add your logo, colors, and branding to reference guides, workbooks, and materials
• ✗Mega Pass PLR does not include the right to sell or resell courses publicly - courses are for private use within your own business ecosystem only
• ✗You may not pass PLR rights or any resell rights to your customers
• ✗You may not offer master resell rights or sub-license the content to others

VIP Vault Access PLR - Includes Public Reseller Rights

• ✓Everything included with the Mega Pass PLR, plus public reseller rights
• ✓Rebrand approved courses with your own logo and colors
• ✓Once rebranded, sell publicly under your own brand - not limited to your existing clients or community
• ✓Set your own pricing and package rebranded courses into your own offers
• ✗Courses must be rebranded before resale - you may not resell with Course 27 branding as-is
• ✗You may not resell to other agencies, resellers, or course creators
• ✗Master resale rights are not included - your customers may not resell further
• ✗Your reseller license and vault access run for 12 months from sign-up or renewal - renew annually to keep them active

🎬 Video Asset Licensing

As of June 2026, Course 27 no longer sources footage from Storyblocks or any other stock or royalty-free library - all footage inside our courses is our own original content. HighLevel Software Training courses use screen recordings and original video, with limited animation used to illustrate software concepts. Business Growth courses use presentation-style recordings of your instructor. All video and course content inside Course 27 products is licensed to Course 27.

• ✓Add your own watermark, b-roll, intro, or outro to any course video
• ✓Add in any b-roll you like, or replace any segment with your own footage, to make it your own
• ✓Edit, trim, and customize course videos to fit your brand and audience
• ✓Mix and match individual lessons across courses to build your own training sequence
• ✗You may not extract b-roll, images, animations, motion graphics, or audio clips from any Course 27 video for use outside that video - this applies to all Course 27 video content
• ✗You may not resell or redistribute video assets as standalone media files
• ✗You may not upload individual video assets to stock media sites or asset marketplaces
• ✗You may not claim ownership of Course 27 video content - it remains licensed to Course 27

👑 Grant of Resell Rights and Asset Restrictions

This rule applies only to VIP Vault Access license holders who resell Course 27 courses publicly. Mega Pass and Branded Edition licenses do not include resell rights - see License Rule 2 above.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Course 27 ("the Author") grants the VIP Vault Access holder ("the Buyer") a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to resell the final, rendered video course ("the Product") to end-users. This license is subject to the following strict limitations:

No Extraction of Media Assets

• ✗The Product contains third-party stock footage, B-roll, animations, and audio tracks that are legally bound to the final, flattened compilation
• ✗You may not extract, rip, separate, isolate, or download any individual B-roll footage, audio, music, graphics, or imagery from the final video file for standalone use, repurposing, or distribution

No Extraction of Animated Elements

• ✗The Product contains proprietary 2D/3D characters, specific animated assets, templates, and pre-made scenes owned by third-party licensors
• ✗You may not extract, copy, green-screen, or save these characters, character assets, or background environments into separate files or templates for standalone use, individual distribution, or independent creation of secondary products

Modification Limitations

• ✗You may not cut, delete, or alter the internal core contents of the video file
• ✓You may add your own unique intros, outros, watermarks, logo overlays, or additional supplementary B-roll footage layered on top of or surrounding the final, unaltered video file

Prohibition of Source File Distribution

• ✓This agreement grants rights to the flattened, final video file (for example, MP4 format) only
• ✗Under no circumstances will source project files be provided or permitted for resale - including but not limited to Camtasia .tscproj files, raw recordings, or asset folders

🎥 B-Roll and Stock Media for Your Own Projects

If you want to add b-roll, stock footage, or images to your own video projects, you must source and license your own media. Here are approved sources you can use:

🔒 Single-User License

• ✗Your license is for your own business use only - you may not sell, give away, or transfer your license to any other person or business
• ✗You may not share your license or access with other coaches, consultants, trainers, or marketers outside your own team
• ✗You may not sell or share the editable source files - Canva templates, workbooks, reference guides - outside your own team
• ✗You may not add Course 27 content to PLR, resell rights, or master resell rights stores or membership sites
