TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Course 27's websites, courses, community, live classes, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for a free account, registering for a live class, enrolling in a paid product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Course 27 is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, agencies, coaches, consultants, and community managers. You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account or purchase any Course 27 product. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

Course 27 is a hybrid learning platform - free live online classes twice a week, plus online courses you can take on your own schedule. Live classes run through our Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. Here's what's available:

Current prices for every product are posted at course27.com/store and mega-pass.course27.com. The price shown at checkout at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.

Free live classes

Live online classes are free to attend for anyone who registers. Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 1:00 PM CT through our Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. Attending live is free and requires no purchase. The class recording, the full course, and all accompanying materials are not included with free attendance - they are part of the paid Course and are included with an active Mega Pass enrollment.

Immediately following each live class, Course 27 hosts the Build With Me Lab, a private working session available to Mega Pass students only. The Lab is not published, distributed, or made available as a replay.

Season collections

Each season - Fall, Winter, and Spring - gathers that season's live classes and courses into a season collection. Season collections are not sold and are not available for individual purchase. They are available to Mega Pass students while their enrollment is active. See Section 7.

Fast Tracks

A Fast Track is not a separate course or lesson. It's a short promotional video, paired with a Grab and Go download (a reference guide, AI prompts, and a checklist), that we pull directly from an existing Course to showcase a HighLevel software feature or a business growth topic. Fast Tracks are not sold as a separate product - you'll find them as free promotional samples at LearnForFreeFast.com and inside our HighLevel Software Video Feature Training Guides, and existing VIP Vault Access founding students get full access to the Fast Track library inside the Vault.

Pricing, product availability, and what's included with each product are subject to change. The current pricing shown on course27.com at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.

4. LICENSE AND USE RIGHTS

Standard License (Course, Mega Pass, and Category Collection):

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course content and accompanying materials in your own business. You may:

• Learn from and apply the material in your own company
• Teach from, present, and deliver the material to your own clients, staff, students, or community members
• Add your own branding to editable materials and adapt them for your own delivery
• Use materials for lead generation, employee training, and client onboarding

• Distributing, sharing, or handing off the downloadable files to anyone
• Reselling, licensing, or bundling Course 27 materials as a product or product component
• Claiming authorship of the underlying course content
• Sharing your login credentials or course access with people outside your own business

Canva Templates and Editable Files:

Editable Course 27 materials are delivered as Canva template links. Accessing and editing them requires your own Canva account. Some design elements are Canva Pro content and require an active Canva Pro subscription on your account - Course 27 does not and cannot supply access to Canva's content library on your behalf.

Any third-party stock content appearing inside a Canva template is governed by your own Canva Content License Agreement, not by these Terms. Course 27 grants you rights to our original content only. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any Canva stock content complies with Canva's terms.

Reseller Rights (Branded Edition, and Legacy VIP Vault Access):

Public resale and rebranding of Course 27 courses is available through the Branded Edition, governed by its own product terms presented at checkout. VIP Vault Access previously offered a similar path but is no longer open to new applicants - see Section 5 for the terms that continue to apply to existing founding students. All other license tiers - including the Course, the Mega Pass, and Category Collections - are for your own business use only and do not include resale or distribution rights.

5. VIP VAULT ACCESS - CLOSED PROGRAM (FOUNDING STUDENTS ONLY)

For VIP founding students with an active license, the following terms continue to apply for as long as that license remains current:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to resell the final, rendered video course to end-users, for as long as the license remains current
• Mandatory rebranding: the course name, covers, thumbnails, and any Course 27 branding must be replaced before any public sale, listing, or distribution. Reselling unmodified material is a breach of this Agreement
• No extraction of assets: footage, audio, graphics, or animation may not be pulled from the final video for standalone use or repurposing
• No source files: this license covers the final, flattened video only - never source project files, raw recordings, or asset folders
• Any stock, B-roll, or third-party Canva content used in the original materials remains governed by its own license and does not transfer to the founding student or their clients
• Sublicensing, transferring, or assigning the license to another party is not permitted

If a founding student's license lapses, access to the Vault and to new releases ends immediately. Files already downloaded may continue to be used to serve clients enrolled while the license was active, but the right to sell, license, or enroll new clients ends on the lapse date. Course 27 may revoke this license for breach of these Terms, with written notice.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, videos, graphics, workbooks, downloads, trademarks, and materials provided by Course 27 are the property of Course 27 and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the materials as described in Section 4 - it does not transfer ownership of any Course 27 intellectual property to you.

Course 27 produces its own presentations, animations, graphics, and recordings. All such assets are produced by and remain the property of Course 27.

AI-Generated Media and B-Roll

Some completed training videos may include AI-generated video clips, B-roll, images, graphics, animations, voice elements, or other media created using third-party AI tools. These elements are incorporated into the completed training video as part of the overall production and are not provided as individual media assets.

What You May Do

You may:

• Use the completed training video inside your courses, training programs, student portals, communities, or other approved educational products
• Brand and sell a course containing the completed video when your purchased license includes resale or white-label rights
• Provide students or customers access to the completed video as part of the course or training product covered by your license
• Stream, host, or upload the completed video to your approved course or training platform

What You May Not Do

You may not:

• Extract AI-generated video clips, B-roll, images, graphics, audio, animations, or other individual media elements from the completed video
• Sell, share, sublicense, distribute, upload, or provide any extracted media element as a standalone asset
• Add extracted media to stock media libraries, templates, PLR collections, media packs, or downloadable asset collections
• Claim ownership or exclusive rights to individual AI-generated elements contained within the completed video
• Give your customers or students permission to extract or separately reuse these individual media elements

Completed Video Use

Your license applies to the completed training video as a finished production. When resale or white-label rights are included with your purchase, you may incorporate the completed video into an eligible course or training product and sell access to that product according to your license. Permission to use or resell the completed training video does not grant separate rights to the individual media elements used to create it. Third-party and AI-generated elements remain subject to any applicable rights, restrictions, and terms associated with their original source.

No Media Extraction

All individual media elements contained within the completed video must remain incorporated into the finished production. Purchasing or receiving a license to the completed video does not provide a license to extract, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or separately use its individual media components.

Where royalty-free stock or B-roll footage appears in a Course 27 video, it is licensed to Course 27 for use within that finished video. That license covers the finished video only and does not extend to you. Extracting or repurposing any footage, audio, graphics, or animation from a Course 27 video is prohibited under all license tiers.

7. WHAT YOU OWN AND WHAT YOU ACCESS

Course 27 products fall into two categories, and the difference matters:

Single Course (One-Time Purchase, Pre-Sale Pricing Available)

A Course purchase is permanent. You retain access to the course video, the live class recording, the accompanying course and marketing materials, the brain games, and the specialist exam for as long as Course 27 operates, with no ongoing payment required.

Some materials are delivered on the day of the live class, with the final edited course video released within five business days. Both are included in your purchase at no additional cost.

Pre-sale pricing. Every course is $27 before the live class ends, and $97 once the class is over. Both prices buy the identical completed course - the $27 price rewards buying before the class ends, not a difference in what you receive.

Following a live class we allow a short time to confirm any updates, corrections, or new additions before finalizing a course, so the version you receive is current. Your access is granted automatically at no additional cost. Course titles, running order, and included materials may be refined during this process.

Price changes are not retroactive. Pre-sale pricing for a given course ends once the live class is over, and the price may change without advance notice - class dates are announced inside the Course 27 community. We do not issue refunds or credits for the difference between the pre-sale price and the released price in either direction, and purchasing at one price does not entitle you to the other.

Mega Pass (12-Month Enrollment)

The Mega Pass is a twelve-month enrollment. While your enrollment is current, you have unlimited access to:

• The full Course 27 library across all categories - Sales and Marketing, Productivity for Business, Courses and Community, AI for Business, and HighLevel Software Training
• Every new course released while your enrollment is active
• The Fall, Winter, and Spring season collections - each season's live classes and courses gathered in one place
• Every live class, plus a seat in the private Build With Me Lab that follows each one
• All specialist certifications and exams

Season collections are not a separate product. The Fall, Winter, and Spring collections are an organizing layer within the library - they are not sold individually and cannot be purchased. They are available to Mega Pass students while enrolled, and access to them ends when your enrollment ends.

Category Collection (One-Time Purchase)

A Category Collection is a one-time purchase granting permanent access to every course in that category, together with all accompanying course and marketing materials. Ownership does not require an active Mega Pass enrollment and does not expire.

Updates and new additions are included. Courses added to that category after your purchase date, along with updated lessons and revisions to existing courses, are added to your Collection at no additional cost. This applies to the HighLevel Software Feature Collection and to each Category Collection as it is released.

Category Collections are covered by the Standard License in Section 4. They do not include resale or distribution rights.

HighLevel Feature Courses

HighLevel Feature Courses are released across August, September, October, and November 2026. From 2027 onward, production focus shifts to update lessons and revisions covering platform and interface changes. All HighLevel courses include updates and new additions at no additional cost.

Live class recordings

Free live classes are not replayed. Attending a live class is free, and no replay of that free class is published or made available at any time. The class recording is delivered only as part of the paid Course for that topic - it is included when you purchase at the pre-sale price, alongside the final edited white label videos and materials on release, and it is available to Mega Pass students while their enrollment is active.

Note-taking facilities during a live class are limited. Attendees are encouraged to take their own notes. A reference guide or downloadable PDF is generally provided with the completed course. The Build With Me Lab is a private session for Mega Pass students and is not published or distributed.

8. PAYMENT AND RENEWAL TERMS

• All payments are processed through a secure checkout at the time of purchase
• There is no automatic billing on any Course 27 product. The Mega Pass and Branded Edition are renew-by-choice - we do not store and re-charge your card. Existing VIP Vault Access founding students renew the same way
• You will receive an email or invoice about 30 days before your Mega Pass expires, with the option to renew. Existing VIP Vault Access founding students receive the same notice before their license expires
• You keep your locked-in renewal rate as long as you renew before your access expires. If your access lapses before you renew, you return at the then-current public price
• Single Courses and Category Collections are one-time purchases with no renewal and no recurring charge
• If you choose not to renew your Mega Pass, you keep any Courses and Category Collections you purchased separately, but lose access to the wider library, live classes, the Build With Me Lab, and community features until you re-enroll

10. LIVE CLASSES AND COMMUNITY

• Live classes are free to attend for anyone who registers. Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 1:00 PM CT through the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. No purchase is required
• Registration for a live class may include access to the Course 27 community and any courses we make freely available there
• The Build With Me Lab follows each live class and is available to Mega Pass students only. The Lab is a private working session - it is not published, distributed, or made available as a replay
• Class recordings and course materials are not included with free attendance. They are part of the paid Course and are available to Mega Pass students while enrolled
• Each season's classes and courses are gathered into a Fall, Winter, or Spring season collection, available to Mega Pass students while enrolled. Season collections are not sold separately
• Every Course purchase includes access to the How To Course 27 course, a library of videos answering common questions. Mega Pass and Category Collection holders also get a locked community channel for updates, announcements, and new additions
• You agree to participate in our community and live classes respectfully and in accordance with our community guidelines

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

• Distributing, sharing, or handing off Course 27 downloadable materials to any person or platform
• Attempting to resell, redistribute, or publicly share Course 27 materials outside of an authorized reseller license
• Recording, republishing, or distributing any part of the Build With Me Lab
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malicious code, or anything intended to disrupt the Services
• Harassing, abusing, or disrupting other students in our community or live classes
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with Course 27

12. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Course 27 provides educational content and training. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, income, or result from using our courses, materials, or live classes. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Course 27 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Course 27's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Course 27 in the 12 months before the claim arose. Course 27 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Course 27, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

16. TERMINATION

• You may stop using the Services and let your enrollment or license expire at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our community or materials - including any unauthorized distribution or resale of materials. No refund is due on termination for breach
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, license restrictions, limitation of liability, and indemnification - will continue to apply

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Course 27 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms presented at checkout (including our Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions), constitute the entire agreement between you and Course 27 regarding your use of the Services.
