1. AFFILIATE PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Course 27 Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Course purchases (the store), the Mega Pass, and Category Collections to their audiences. Affiliates receive a unique tracking link and earn tiered commissions on qualifying sales.

Eligible Products for Affiliate Commissions:

• Affiliates may promote single Course purchases through the store, at the current listed price (pre-sale or completed)
• Affiliates may promote the Mega Pass (12-month enrollment)
• Affiliates may promote Category Collections (one-time purchase, permanent access to one full category)
• Fall, Winter, and Spring season collections are never sold and are not applicable to this program - they are included with an active Mega Pass
• Only Course, Mega Pass, and Category Collection sales generate affiliate commissions

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Tiered Commission Rates:

You earn a commission on every eligible sale - Courses, the Mega Pass, and Category Collections all pay out at your current tier rate. But your tier itself only advances based on your lifetime Mega Pass and Category Collection referrals - single Course purchases do not count toward your tier total. Totals never reset - every qualifying referral counts toward your next tier permanently. Your commission is always your tier percentage of the price paid at the time of sale - see the pricing note below.

Commission Applies To:

• Initial Course purchase (single course, pre-sale or completed), initial Mega Pass sale, and initial Category Collection purchase, all at the current listed price
• Mega Pass annual renewals, at the then-current renewal rate, at your current commission tier rate
• Courses and Category Collections are one-time purchases with no renewal - commission is earned once, on the initial sale

Tier Advancement:

• Once you reach a new commission tier, you never move backwards
• Your new rate applies to all future sales and renewals permanently
• Commission tiers are calculated on your combined lifetime Mega Pass and Category Collection referral total. Single Course purchases earn commission but do not count toward your tier total
• Tiers are NOT reset monthly or annually

Renewal Terms (For Affiliate Reference):

Understanding how renewals work helps you set proper expectations with referrals:

• Mega Pass students receive a renewal notice about 30 days before their access expires - no automatic billing, ever
• If they renew before their access expires: Mega Pass students keep their locked-in rate
• If a Mega Pass doesn't renew before it expires: the student loses access to the course library, live classes, the Build With Me Lab, and the season collections. Any Course or Category Collection they purchased separately remains theirs permanently. They may re-enroll later, at the then-current public price

Affiliate Commission on Renewals:

• You earn your current tier commission rate on every successful Mega Pass renewal
• If a customer doesn't renew, no commission is earned for that year
• If a customer renews in a future year, you earn commission again at your current rate
• Courses and Category Collections do not renew, so no ongoing renewal commission applies to them - only the initial sale earns a commission

3. COOKIE TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION

180-Day Cookie Duration:

• When someone clicks your affiliate link, a 180-day tracking cookie is placed
• If they purchase a Course, enroll in the Mega Pass, or purchase a Category Collection within 180 days, you receive commission credit
• The 180-day cookie also starts the moment someone registers for a free live class through your link - so you're credited when they later purchase a paid product
• Last-click attribution applies: the most recent affiliate link clicked receives credit

Self-Referral Prohibited:

• You may NOT use your own affiliate link to purchase a Course, the Mega Pass, or a Category Collection
• You may NOT refer yourself, family members, or business entities you control
• Violations will result in commission forfeiture and program termination

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payout Schedule:

• Commissions are paid monthly on a Net 30 basis
• Payouts are processed between the 22nd and 30th of the month following the sale
• Example: January sales are paid between February 22-30

Payment Methods:

• PayPal (preferred)
• Direct deposit (bank transfer)

Required Documentation:

• U.S. affiliates must provide a completed W-9 form before receiving payment
• International affiliates must provide required tax documentation for their country
• Payments will not be processed without proper documentation on file

Minimum Payout Threshold:

• $50 minimum payout
• If your commission balance is below $50, it rolls over to the next month

5. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

Permitted Promotional Methods:

• Email marketing to your own list
• Social media promotion (organic posts)
• Blog posts and content marketing
• YouTube videos and podcasts
• Webinars and live presentations
• Paid advertising (with restrictions - see below)

Prohibited Promotional Methods:

• Bidding on branded keywords: "Course 27," "Course27," or any variation in paid search
• Spamming or unsolicited bulk emails
• Misleading or false advertising
• Trademark or copyright infringement
• Coupon or deal sites without prior written approval
• Impersonating Course 27 or claiming to be an official representative
• Using Course 27 branding in a way that suggests official partnership without disclosure

Disclosure Requirements:

• You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines
• Example disclosure: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link"
• This applies to all promotional content (emails, blog posts, social media, videos)

6. MARKETING MATERIALS

Provided by Course 27:

• Pre-written email sequences
• Social media graphics and captions
• Banner ads (multiple sizes)
• Sample video clips
• Landing page suggestions

Usage Rights:

• You may use Course 27 marketing materials as provided
• You may customize materials to fit your brand voice
• You may NOT alter materials in a way that misrepresents Course 27 products or pricing
• You may NOT use Course 27 logos or trademarks outside of provided materials without written permission

7. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

Commission Adjustments:

• Course 27 sells all products on an all-sales-final basis - refunds are not offered once a purchase is complete
• If a chargeback occurs, the associated commission is reversed
• Reversed commissions are deducted from your next payout

Fraudulent Activity:

• Affiliates found promoting fraudulent purchases will be immediately terminated
• All commissions will be forfeited
• Legal action may be pursued for significant fraud

8. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Course 27 Reserves the Right To:

• Modify commission rates with 30 days written notice
• Modify program terms with 30 days written notice
• Add or remove eligible products
• Update pricing, campaigns, and marketing materials and promotional guidelines

Grandfathering:

• Existing affiliates will be notified of changes via email
• Commission tier progress is maintained unless program is discontinued

9. TERMINATION

Affiliate May Terminate:

• You may cancel your affiliate account at any time
• Outstanding commissions owed will be paid per normal schedule
• You must stop using all Course 27 affiliate links immediately upon cancellation

Course 27 May Terminate:

• We may terminate your affiliate account for any reason with 30 days notice
• We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms
• Reasons for immediate termination include: fraud, spam, trademark infringement, misrepresentation, self-referrals, or prohibited promotional methods

Upon Termination:

• Access to affiliate dashboard is revoked
• All affiliate links are deactivated
• Outstanding commissions owed (if any) will be paid within 60 days
• You must cease all promotional activities using Course 27 branding

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Course 27, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your promotional activities
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Any misrepresentation you make about Course 27 products

11. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

Course 27 makes no guarantee regarding affiliate earnings. Your income depends on your promotional efforts, audience size, and conversion rates. Past performance by other affiliates does not guarantee future results.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Course 27's liability to you is limited to the commissions owed under this agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Course 27 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Course 27 regarding the affiliate program. Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
