EARN COMMISSIONS WITH COURSE 27

By applying to and participating in the Course 27 Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and all related policies referenced herein. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and Course 27 (“5FMEDIA” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Program Overview

The Course 27 Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions for referring sales of the Student Pass and VIP Mega Pass only.

- Both products are yearly subscription passes.

- Commissions are based on total lifetime referred sales and increase permanently as you reach higher tiers.

2. Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years old.

- You must have a valid email address and payment method on file.

- Your application must be approved by our team. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned based on your total lifetime referred sales, according to the following tiers:

Key points:

- Once you reach a new tier, you remain at that rate for all future sales and renewals.

- Both the Student Pass and VIP Mega Pass pay recurring commissions when your referred customers renew their subscriptions, as long as tracking remains active.

- All commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, discounts, and refunds.

4. Payments

Commissions are paid between the 22nd through the 30th of the month following the sale.

-Example: Sales in March are paid between April 22–30.

- Payments are made via PayPal

- Refunds are non-commissionable. If a refund occurs after a commission has been credited, the adjustment will be reflected in your next payout.

We reserve the right to withhold commissions for any sales deemed fraudulent, non-compliant, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Tracking & Attribution

The Program uses a 90-day cookie window with last-click attribution.

- If a customer purchases within 90 days of clicking your link and no other affiliate link was clicked after yours, you will be credited with the sale.

- Tracking requires customers to use your affiliate link. We cannot retroactively credit sales without tracked clicks.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

- Use only your assigned unique affiliate link to promote Course 27.

- Promote in a manner consistent with our brand image and approved messaging.

- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions, in compliance with FTC guidelines.

- Abide by all applicable laws and advertising regulations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

- Use misleading, false, or deceptive claims about Course 27.

- Run paid ads that bid on “Course 27” or related brand terms without written approval.

- Create websites, domains, or social profiles that impersonate Course 27.

- Use spam email marketing, unsolicited messages, or engage in any activity deemed harmful to the brand.

- Offer your own coupons, discounts, or incentives that are not provided by Course 27.

- Purchase from your own affiliate link (“self-referrals”).

- Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to:

- Update commission tiers and rates

- Modify the Program structure

- Change payout schedules or methods

- Update these Terms

Any changes will be communicated via email and posted at https://course27.com/affiliate-rules-guidelines. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for:

- Violation of these Terms

- Fraudulent activity

- Brand damage

- Inactivity (no referred sales for 12 consecutive months)

- You may terminate your participation by giving written notice to our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

- Indirect, special, or consequential damages

- Loss of revenue, profits, or data

- Delays or failures in tracking or payment due to system errors beyond our control

11. Acceptance

By joining the Course 27 Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
