Content Rules and Guidelines
Your rights and responsibilities for all Course 27 products. Read this before using, sharing, or distributing any Course 27 content.
Commercial Rights for Every Product
Every Course, Category Collection, and Mega Pass includes a commercial license - you get the course and marketing materials to use inside your own business, with your own clients and team. This is for private use only, not public resale. Want to become a reseller? That's available by request - email [email protected] if you're interested.
What You Can Do
- Add your branding and logo to course materials
- Use for client onboarding and team training
- Use as lead magnets you control
- Include in paid memberships you own
- Use with your own clients and community
- Teach from and present as your own training
What You Cannot Do
- Sell or resell courses or materials publicly
- Hand off or distribute the downloadable files to anyone
- Pass commercial rights to your customers
- List on public marketplaces
- Transfer your license to others
⚖️ Where a Single Course and Category Collections Fit
A single Course ($97, or $27 before its live class ends) and a Category Collection (one-time purchase, pricing ranges up to $1,495 per collection) carry exactly the same use rights as the Mega Pass. The difference isn't what you can do with them - it's how long you have them.
Things you own: a Course and a Category Collection are one-time purchases. They don't expire and don't require an active enrollment.
Things you access: the Mega Pass is a 12-month enrollment. Your access to the library, the live classes, the Build With Me Lab, and the Fall, Winter, and Spring season collections continues while your enrollment is current and ends when it isn't. Courses and Collections you purchased separately are not affected.
None of these three include the right to resell our finished courses as your own, even rebranded - that requires a separate reseller license. Building your own course with our lessons, plus your own original content, is a different thing - that you can sell, even publicly.
🧭 The Simple Test: Is It Still Our Course, or Is It Now Yours?
Reselling our finished course, just rebranded - renaming it, changing the covers, colors, and logo, but the course itself is essentially what we built - is only allowed with a reseller license. That's true no matter who you're selling to, your own community or the general public. Without that license, this use is for your own business only - not for sale.
Building your own course - using our lessons as material, but adding your own original content so the finished product is genuinely yours - is allowed, and you can sell it publicly. You still have to rebrand it completely (no Course 27 name, images, or colors), and you still can't cut pieces out of a lesson video - each lesson you use has to stay a complete, unedited whole.
Either way, extracting b-roll, images, graphics, or animation out of a video for standalone use is never allowed - not for reuse in your course, and not for anything else.

- ✗Resell our finished course as your own - even rebranded - without a reseller license. Email [email protected] if you're interested in becoming a reseller
- ✗Hand off, share, send, or upload the downloadable files to anyone outside your own team
- ✗Break apart, edit, or extract pieces of a video lesson - use each lesson as a complete whole
- ✗Extract b-roll, images, animations, or graphics from any video - this includes anything AI-generated
- ✗Upload any course video as-is to YouTube or social platforms
- ✗Pass on commercial rights or resell rights to your customers
- ✗Transfer your license to another person or business
- ✗Use the Course 27 name, images, or colors on your version
- ✗Share your license with other coaches, consultants, or marketers
Using Your Courses
- ✓Use all course videos, materials, and resources inside your own business ecosystem
- ✓Enhance course videos - add your watermark, overlay your own b-roll, or add your own intro and outro
- ✓Mix and match full lessons from different courses to create your own training program
- ✓Present courses under your own brand name - client onboarding, team training, membership content, and lead magnets
- ✓Build your own course using our lessons plus your own original content, rebrand it completely (no Course 27 name, images, or colors), and sell it - even publicly
- ✗You may not resell our finished course as your own, even rebranded, without a reseller license - that's the case whether you're selling to your own community or the general public
- ✓Use course transcripts and written materials to create your own articles, emails, and social posts
- ✗You may not break apart, cut, or edit the inside of a video lesson - each lesson must be used as a complete whole. You may add your own intro, outro, or watermark around it
- ✗You may not extract b-roll, images, graphics, or animation from any video for standalone use - this includes anything AI-generated
- ✗You may not distribute the files - sharing, sending, emailing, uploading, or handing off the downloadable materials to anyone outside your own team is not permitted under any current license
- ✗You may not upload any Course 27 video as-is to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any public platform
- ✗You may not use the Course 27 name, images, or colors on your version of the content
- ✗You may not share your license with other coaches, consultants, trainers, or marketers - this is a single-user license. If they are interested, refer them to course27.com and earn a commission through our affiliate program
- ✗You may not list our finished courses on Udemy, Skillshare, LinkedIn Learning, or any open marketplace unless you're an authorized reseller - your own original course, built with our lessons, is fine to sell anywhere
Commercial Rights - Know Your License
Commercial rights are included with every Course 27 product - the Course, the Category Collection, and the Mega Pass. You can use our lessons in your own business, and if you build your own original course with them, you can sell it - even publicly. What these licenses don't include is the right to resell our finished courses as your own, rebranded or not - that requires a separate reseller license. Read this carefully so you know exactly what you can and cannot do.
Course, Category Collection, and Mega Pass - Build Your Own, or Use Privately
- ✓Brand and present courses under your own business name
- ✓Use for client onboarding, team training, and membership programs you own
- ✓Use course materials for lead magnets and gated content you control
- ✓Add your logo, colors, and branding to reference guides and materials
- ✓Build your own course using our lessons plus your own original content, rebrand it completely, and sell it publicly
- ✗These licenses do not include the right to resell our finished course as your own, even rebranded - that requires a reseller license
- ✗You may not pass commercial rights or any resell rights to your customers
- ✗You may not offer master resell rights or sub-license the content to others
- ✗Mega Pass access ends if your enrollment lapses. Courses and Category Collections you purchased separately remain yours permanently
Video Asset Licensing
As of June 2026, Course 27 no longer sources footage from Storyblocks or any other stock library - all footage inside our courses is our own original content. HighLevel Software Training courses use screen recordings, original video, and our own animation and annotation to illustrate software features. Business Growth courses use presentation-style recordings with our own presentation graphics.
AI-Generated Media and B-Roll
Some completed training videos may include AI-generated video clips, B-roll, images, graphics, animations, voice elements, or other media created using third-party AI tools. These elements are incorporated into the completed training video as part of the overall production and are not provided as individual media assets.
- ✓Use and enhance course videos within your branded course, membership, or training program
- ✓Add your own watermark, b-roll, intro, or outro to any course video
- ✓Add in any b-roll you like, or replace any segment with your own footage, to make it your own
- ✓Add your own intro, outro, or watermark to fit your brand and audience
- ✓Mix and match individual lessons across courses to build your own training sequence
- ✗You may not extract AI-generated video clips, b-roll, images, animations, motion graphics, audio, or other individual media elements from any Course 27 video for use outside that video - this applies to all Course 27 video content
- ✗You may not sell, share, sublicense, distribute, upload, or provide any extracted media element as a standalone asset
- ✗You may not add extracted media to stock media libraries, templates, resale collections, media packs, or downloadable asset collections
- ✗You may not claim ownership or exclusive rights to individual AI-generated or other media elements contained within a completed video
- ✗You may not give your customers or students permission to extract or separately reuse these individual media elements
Your license applies to the completed training video as a finished production. Permission to use or resell the completed training video does not grant separate rights to the individual media elements used to create it. Third-party and AI-generated elements remain subject to any applicable rights, restrictions, and terms associated with their original source.
B-Roll and Stock Media for Your Own Projects
If you want to add b-roll, stock footage, or images to your own video projects, you must source and license your own media. Here are approved sources you can use:
Your Own Original Content
- ✓Your own recorded video footage
- ✓Your own screen recordings
- ✓Your own photos and images
- ✓Adobe Firefly generated images and videos - subject to Adobe terms
- ✓Descript stock media used within Descript projects - subject to Descript licensing terms
- ✓Camtasia royalty-free assets included with your Camtasia subscription
- ✓Any licensed stock footage you purchase directly
Free Stock Libraries
- ✓Pexels Videos - free for business and educational use
- ✓Pixabay Videos - free for business and educational use
- ✓Mixkit - free royalty-free video clips
Paid Stock Libraries
- ✓Adobe Stock - requires your own subscription
- ✓Envato Elements - requires your own subscription
Single-User License and Editable Files
- ✗Your license is for your own business use only - you may not sell, give away, or transfer your license to any other person or business
- ✗You may not share your license or access with other coaches, consultants, trainers, or marketers outside your own team
- ✗You may not sell or share the editable source files - Canva templates, reference guides, and other materials - outside your own team
- ✗You may not add Course 27 content to resale, commercial-rights, or master-resale stores or membership sites

Canva Templates
- ✓Editable materials are delivered as Canva template links. Accessing and editing them requires your own Canva account
- ✓Some design elements are Canva Pro content and require an active Canva Pro subscription on your account - we cannot supply access to Canva's content library on your behalf
- ✗Any third-party stock content inside a Canva template is governed by your own Canva Content License Agreement, not by your Course 27 license. Course 27 grants you rights to our original content only
