Your Rights & Responsibilities with Course 27 Content
This Course 27 content was built for flexibility—so you can teach, share, and customize with clear guidelines.
Edit, modify, or break up the content from our creations (software demos, presentations, and shared bonus media)
Give away the completed course "as is" inside your own private library or community, only if it is offered as a free training
Add your own name, branding, and logo
Convert into different formats (video, audio, infographics, PDF, etc.)
Combine with other approved content or products
Offer as a bonus to your own customers, students, members, or affiliates
Include in paid membership sites you own (paid courses require customized titles, graphics, and covers)
Use in lead magnets or other gated content you control
👉 Important: If the course is sold as paid training, you must change the title, graphics, and covers before resale. You cannot sell any course "as is."
To protect the integrity of the content and community, please don't:
Sell the completed course "as is" without changes
Resell, transfer, or pass on your license to any other person or company
Sell or share the editable source files (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Canva templates)
Offer private label, resell, or master resell rights
Publish the full course content freely online (short blog or social snippets are fine)
Add the course to free membership sites you do not directly own
Extract and reuse Storyblocks, Envato Elements, Runway, Motion Array, or any stock media from Course 27 videos or products

Sell or list courses on third-party platforms such as Udemy, Skillshare, LinkedIn Learning, or similar public marketplaces
To resell any Course 27 content as a paid course:
You must change the course title.
You must update and replace all covers, graphics, and visual branding.
You cannot advertise or promote courses using Course 27's original titles, covers, or graphics.
✔ You may use Course 27 graphics and titles only when offering the course as a free training to your existing customers inside your own community or private library.
✔ If the training is paid, titles, graphics, and covers must be customized before resale.
You can add your logo and branding to the videos
Use the transcripts to modify scripts and create custom voiceovers
Edit the videos however you like, including trimming, merging, or adding new elements
FastTracks (15 minutes or less), Business Growth courses, and all Course 27 videos may not be uploaded "as is" to YouTube or any social media platform.
If you wish to use video content on YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, or other social channels, you must:
Edit or repurpose the video (trim, cut, remix, or combine clips)
Replace Course 27 graphics, titles, and branding with your own
Present it under your own business name or channel identity
Posting unedited, Course 27–branded video content on public platforms is strictly prohibited.
You may not extract B-roll, background footage, or stock media from our videos. These elements are licensed to Course 27 only and cannot be reused independently.
All video assets must be used as part of the original Course 27 video. Repurposing clips is allowed for social media, but stock/B-roll extraction is not.
If you want to use stock clips or B-roll individually, you must obtain your own license directly from the provider.
You can add your own royalty-free or paid music to personalize videos for your brand.
Some courses contain licensed media from Storyblocks, Envato Elements, Runway, and Motion Array.
All media from these providers is licensed only for use within the completed Course 27 video in which it appears.
These assets may not be extracted, reused, or repurposed outside of the original Course 27 video.
If you want to use any B-roll, stock footage, music, or graphics separately, you must secure your own license directly from the provider.
Links, prompts, or settings may be provided for convenience; however, it is your responsibility to secure the appropriate rights before using partner media outside of the original course.
You've got full creative freedom, just follow the license terms for proper usage.
