When you sign up for a yearly plan, your plan includes unlimited access to the current and new editions during the year, with an automatic annual renewal. Your renewal is automatic; however, you may cancel at any time inside your community under the billing tab. If you cancel, we'll remove access to the courses from your pass that have not been purchased, and they will not show up inside your library. If you cancel and then decide to sign up again later, you will be subject to the current pass option pricing. We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges, so be sure your renewal is active or cancel before your next annual renewal date. If you purchased a single course edition, you will have lifetime access to any courses you purchased directly.

Due to the nature of our business we do not have a refund policy. We offer a variety of ways that you can get to know us and see samples of the course lessons inside of our community. We pull one or two lessons for any given courses to share with the community to help you learn for free. We do offer training specific to our community as well so we give insight behind the lessons in the intros. You can also purchase any single course at any time by starting with a low-cost $27 course to check us out. If you like what you see you will want the pass!

Immediately after purchase, you'll receive login credentials to access your VIP MEGA PASS, the VIP VAULT, and our CIRCLE 27 Replay content through our learning platform. You can access it on any device, anywhere, anytime. There will be a video showing you how to access everything after signing up. *You will get a TON of automated emails granting you access to all your courses right away, and then a final email from us confirming we have granted you access to all your courses. Look for the email titled "Welcome to COURSE 27" and an email we send if you wish to schedule your orientation after you watch your VIP MEGA PASS course.

That is the exact reason we offer single courses and editions. We want you to try us before you purchase a pass. We do not offer credits for purchased courses to apply to a pass as we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Our recomendation is that if you find your self purchasing courses that are reaching the pass price you may want to consider getting a pass. We want you to save long-term that is why we offer passes.

We add a minimum of one new full course edition a month. Right now our team is on a mission to add 30 to 40 courses before 2025, and then 100 or more courses by the end of 2026. After we reach our course library goal we'll be adding a new course each month. Right now we are adding courses weekly and bi-weekly to reach our goals. When a course is in production or one we are working on you will see a coming soon button under the course under each category so you may want to check back or jump into the community to get access to those announcements. Currently, we are launching a min. of 2 per month.
